These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and purchases made through The Stroopwafel Workshop, a brand operated by The Fun Group (which consists of Starboard Boats B.V., We Are Amsterdam B.V. and Red Light Workshop B.V.). By placing a booking you agree to these terms.
Prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We correct obvious errors (for example pricing typos). A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
Workshop bookings can be cancelled for a full refund when cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us.
Vegan and gluten-free options are available on request and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance so we can prepare them; they are provided pre-prepared and given at the end of the session.
Payment is made securely online at the time of booking through our booking provider.
Please arrive on time; late arrivals may not be able to join a session in progress. Children are welcome and take part under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Follow the host’s safety instructions at all times.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control; where a session cannot go ahead for such reasons we will offer a reschedule or refund.
